At JoyForge, we understand that sometimes products may arrive defective or damaged. Our replacement policy ensures you receive a fully functional product without hassle. We offer replacements for eligible items as an alternative to refunds.
Replacement Delivery Timeline
Once your replacement request is approved and the defective item is received by us:

When You Can Get a Replacement
Replacements are offered only for defective or damaged products. We will replace items in the following cases:
- Manufacturing Defects
The product has a manufacturing defect that affects its functionality
- Damaged During Transit
The product was damaged during shipping and arrived in non-working condition
- Wrong Product Delivered
You received a different product than what you ordered
- Missing Parts or Accessories
Essential parts or accessories mentioned in the product description are missing
Conditions for Replacement
To be eligible for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:
Replacement requests must be made within 10 days of receiving the product
The product must be in unused condition (except for initial testing to identify the defect)
The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories
The defect must be confirmed by our quality check team after receiving the product
How to Request a Replacement
Follow these simple steps to request a replacement:

Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information or photos to verify the defect
Once approved, we'll arrange a free pickup of the defective product from your address
After receiving the product, our quality team will inspect it to confirm the defect (typically takes 2-3 business days)
If the defect is confirmed, we'll dispatch a replacement product within 7-10 business days
You'll receive tracking details and the replacement product will be delivered to your address
Important Notes
- •Replacements are subject to product availability. If the product is out of stock, we'll offer a refund or an equivalent alternative
- •We reserve the right to refuse replacement if the defect is not confirmed during quality inspection
- •Replacement pickup and delivery are completely free for defective products
- •The replacement product will have the same warranty period as the original product
- •For products with manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty replacements
Exchange vs Replacement
Same product is sent to you when the original is defective or damaged
We do not offer exchanges for different products, sizes, or colors. If you want a different product, please place a new order and request a refund for the original product (if eligible)
