Cancellation Policy

    We understand that sometimes plans change. At JoyForge, we want to make the cancellation process as simple and transparent as possible. Here's everything you need to know about cancelling your order.

    Order Cancellation Before Shipping

    You may cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped.

    How to Cancel:

    • Email us at [email protected] with your order number
    • WhatsApp us at +91 8542991366 with your order number
    • Cancel directly from your Order Page in your account dashboard

    Refunds for Cancelled Orders

    If you cancel your order before it's shipped, we will issue a full refund.

    Full Refund

    100% of the order amount will be refunded

    Processing Time

    Refund will be processed within 3-5 business days of cancellation approval

    Original Payment Method

    Refunds are made to your original payment method only

    Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

    The following orders cannot be cancelled:

    • Once the Order is Shipped

      Once your order has been shipped and is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled. You may choose to refuse delivery or initiate a return after receiving the product (subject to our Return Policy).

    • Custom or Special Orders

      Custom or special orders (if any) are non-cancellable after payment confirmation.

    • Change of Mind After Dispatch

      We do not allow cancellations due to change of mind after the order has been dispatched.

    Cancellation Process

    Follow these steps to cancel your order:

    Check Order Status

    Log in to your account and check if your order has been shipped. If it shows "Processing" or "Confirmed", you can proceed with cancellation.

    Submit Cancellation Request

    Use one of the methods mentioned above (email, WhatsApp, or order page) to submit your cancellation request with your order number.

    Receive Confirmation

    You'll receive a confirmation email/SMS once your cancellation request is approved.

    Refund Processing

    Your refund will be initiated within 3-5 business days and credited to your original payment method.

    Partial Order Cancellations

    If you have ordered multiple items and wish to cancel only some of them:

    • Contact our customer support with the specific items you want to cancel
    • Partial cancellation is only possible if the order hasn't been shipped
    • Refund will be processed only for the cancelled items
    • Remaining items will be shipped as per the original order

    Important Notes

    • Cancellation requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis
    • We reserve the right to refuse cancellation if the order has already been dispatched
    • For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method only
    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is applicable as no payment was made
    • If you refuse delivery of a shipped order, it will be treated as a return (subject to Return Policy)
