Refund Policy

    At JoyForge, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you're eligible for a refund as per our Return Policy, this page explains how and when you'll receive your money back.

    Refund Processing Time

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification about the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If approved, your refund will be processed within:

    3 Business Days

    The refund will be credited to your original payment method

    Refund Method

    Refunds are always processed to your original payment method. We do not offer refunds via alternative methods.

    Credit/Debit Card

    Refund will appear in your card statement within 3-5 business days after processing

    UPI/Net Banking

    Refund will be credited to your bank account within 3-5 business days

    Wallet Payments

    Refund will be credited to your wallet within 3-5 business days

    Cash on Delivery (COD)

    Refund will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details to our support team

    Refund Amount

    The refund amount will include:

    Product Price

    Full amount paid for the product

    Applicable Taxes

    Any GST or other taxes paid will be refunded

    Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable

    Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded, except in cases where we shipped a wrong or defective product.

    Partial Refunds

    In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

    • Items with obvious signs of use or missing components
    • Items returned without original packaging
    • Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling
    • Items returned more than 10 days after delivery (at our discretion)

    Refunds for Cancelled Orders

    If you cancel your order before it's shipped (as per our Cancellation Policy):

    • You will receive a full refund of the order amount
    • Refund will be processed within 3-5 business days of cancellation approval
    • Refund will be credited to your original payment method
